Long Runs are better with company! Join us on Sunday at 9:30am!
We’ll meet at the John Rhodes (main entrance) at 9:30 am to set out on a group run weaving through some east end neighbourhoods. We’ll have some heading out for 10K and a new group that are planning 8K this week as they work toward 10K later this spring.
We have a couple of pace groups, so come on out and join us!
Couch to 5k Begins at 6 p.m. at the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library – James L. McIntyre Centennial Library at 50 East St. You can register here or bring your $15 cash to the first run.
We will also have our 5k social group run along the waterfront, also meeting at the library at 6 p.m.
Please stick around for some engaging discussion and idea-generating at our Town Hall meeting at 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express located at 320 Bay St.

Park at the top at St. Kateri Outdoor Learning Center.
Run or walk as many hill repeats as you like. No minimum, no maximum, just come for the encouraging people and relaxed vibe as we conquer Goulais Avenue hill together.
