**Monday 6:30pm**— Monday Hills at Goulais Ave hill. Park at St. Kateri. 

**Wednesday 6:00pm** Wednesday Night No Drop Group Run (5K) at James L. McIntyre Centennial Library (50 East St). 

—> NEW in February! The Striders will “Walk before you run” with a 2K walk group. For this week, we’re back to a 5:30 start!

**Sunday 10am** The Sunday long run starts from the Machine Shop at 10am. We’ll be planning for both an 8K and 10K distance option. See you there!

**Wednesday 6:00pm** Bon Soo Fun Run!! Our Wednesday Night No Drop Group Run (5K) at James L. McIntyre Centennial Library (50 East St) will be Bon Soo themed this week!  Let’s embrace and share the joys of winter running! Even better when there are post-run treats!

Happy New Year, Striders! Here’s your group run lineup for the week:

**Monday 6:30pm**— Monday Hills at Goulais Ave hill. Park at St. Kateri. 

**Tuesday – just before midnight!** – it’s SOO YEARS EVE! Join us at the Mulligan’s parking lot to start 2025 off on the right foot! We’ll have a 5K run loop and a mile walk route. We’re lining up at 11:59 pm – so don’t miss it!

Soo Year’s Eve: Plan B

Dec 28 update: The mild weather isn’t going to stop us – but we’ve adjusted to our Plan B route! Same gathering point – Mulligan’s parking lot – but we’ll stick to the streets.

We’ll be taking a running start at 2025! Meet us in the Mulligan’s parking lot just before midnight on December 31st for SOO YEAR’S EVE! We will have a 5K Run route, and a 1 mile walking route for those who would prefer that option.

Join in the fun or cheer on your friends as we celebrate 2024 coming to a close and 2025 coming in with a bang! Tons of fun and a few surprises in store. The countdown to 2025 begins at 11:59 p.m., and at the stroke of midnight, we kick off the start of the FUN!

Start the year off on the right foot, then left foot, then repeat that a whole bunch of times as fast as you can! All ages and abilities welcome.

Please bring your headlamp, wear visible clothing, and come prepared to ring in the Soo Year with the Sault Striders!
