May’s Group runs:
⛰️**Monday 6:30pm**— Monday Hills at Goulais Ave hill. Park at St. Kateri.
🏃♀️🚶♂️** Wednesday 6:00pm** Three groups will be setting off from the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library (50 East St) for Wednesday Night’s group runs (and walk!)
→ Wednesday Night No Drop Group Run (5K)
→ Our Spring Couch to 5K
→ 2K walk group
🏃♂️ **Sunday – NEW TIME 9:00am** The Sunday long run will be shifting to an earlier start for spring and summer. We will start from the Machine Shop at 9am and we’ll be planning for a 10K distance option.

The Striders are also going to be out to support the Strong Minds Run for Change on Saturday, May 10 at the Roberta Bondar Pavilion. Registration opens at 9am and the run starts at 10am! → https://www.strongminds.co/run-for-change
The ‘Soonami’ is rolling out
May also marks the first of many events for our ‘Soonami’ race team, who will be traveling to Hamilton to participate in the Sulphur Spring Trail Race. Our next adventure is The Wawa Trifecta in October (Oct 18-19). Ask the executives for info on how you can join in!
Wednesday Night Social Club
Wednesday night runs are already social, but we’re going to try adding in a regular group social event by joining some other runner friends at OutSpoken Brewing after we finish our run. We’d love for you to join us for a drink!
