July Group Run Schedule
Hey Striders! Here’s the run lineup for July. We will also be having a Fort Creek Friday 5K this week! If you’d like to join us, meet at the parking lot at 6pm.
Wednesday nights are moving – starting this week!
Starting this week, we’re moving the Wednesday night run to the Northern Superior Taproom (50 Pim St)! Join us for a 5K at 6pm, and a drink afterward! All paces welcome!
Fort Creek and Farmer Lake Pop-Ups
This week, we’ll have two pop-ups! Fort Creek Friday We’ll have a pop-up on Friday at Fort Creek. 5K at 6pm, starting from the parking lot. Friday June 20th – Shakeout Run
Join us on Friday June 20th for a shakeout run. Conveniently timed and located coincide with the packet pickup for the Community Strong race weekend at the Northern Superior Tap Room. Meet at 6 pm for a 5 km run and stick around for a social after!

There’s an air quality advisory due to wildfire smoke today, so we are cancelling tonight’s 5K run, Couch to 5K run, and walking groups. Happy Global Running Day, Striders! Go hit the treadmill!

The Striders Support … Coco Carson’s 400km month for SickKids
The Sault Striders are dedicating this Wednesday’s 6pm run and walk to support Coco Carson, who is running a month-long running challenge in Support of Sick Kids Hospital and Williams Syndrome Awareness Month.
