Striders, we have a special session to help you start your summer STRONG! Join Nicole Tull, from Fit Bodies. Fit Minds. for a short class highlighting stretches and exercises that benefit runners at all experience levels.

Join us at 6:45pm on May 28— immediately following our 6pm Wednesday run! — for a short session with Nicole Tull, kinesiologist, personal trainer, and ultrarunner. We’ll gather in the downstairs activity room at the library.

All Striders’ members are welcome.
