It’s Week 8 Day 1 for the Couch to 5km program. We meet at 6 p.m. at the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library – James L. McIntyre Centennial Library at 50 East St. It’s the second last week of the program and we are so proud of what everyone has accomplished!
We will also have our Wednesday 5km social group run along the waterfront, meeting at the library at 6:45 p.m. This run is for all paces and no one gets left behind.
