It’s Week 7 Day 1 for the Couch to 5km program. We are so impressed with all those sticking to the program and running a little further each week! We meet at 6 p.m. at the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library – James L. McIntyre Centennial Library at 50 East St. It looks like we will have rain tonight but don’t let that stop you. We run rain or shine, but will cancel if there is a thunderstorm. Watch our social media for updates if there is the possibility of thunder and lightning.
We will also have our Wednesday 5km social group run along the waterfront, meeting at the library at 6:45 p.m. This run is for all paces and no one gets left behind.
